The design of the electric vehicle drive gearbox has been developed. The developed gearbox has an internal engagement with maximum efficiency and overlap greater than 1. Two electric motors are used in the design.
The developed gearbox has the following advantages:
1. High load capacity;
2. Low contact voltages(220 MPa);
3. Has high efficiency(pole contact);
4. Low relative speeds in gear gearing (the speed is reduced by 10 times compared to external gearing);
5. High gear ratio in one stage.
Weight: 41 kg. Rated torque: 1150 Hm. Gear ratio number: 10
