A gearbox for positioning space antennas of G5 network satellites has been developed ( General machine building )

A microeductor for positioning space antennas of G5 network satellites has been developed, based on a planetary gearbox with a preliminary stage of CJSC "Technology Market" patent RU №2677952. This gearbox is an import substitution of a foreign three-stage planetary gearbox on sliding bearings with an efficiency of 30%.
Specifications:
-High efficiency of more than 90%;
-Durability of more than 60 thousand hours;
-Rolling bearings are used in the design;
-Gear ratio U=196.
Scope of application:
-Micro-reducers;
-Robotics;
-Drives of spacecraft antennas;
- instrumentation.
