A gear motor for mobile robotic complexes has been developed ( General machine building )

A gear motor for mobile robotic complexes has been developed based on the KUB JCM 140x26 electric motor. The gearbox is located inside the rotor of the electric motor, as a result of which the gear motor has small overall dimensions. The torque from the output shaft is transmitted through a spline connection z=18 25x1.2x9d GOST 6033-80. The development is at the patenting stage.
Technical specifications:
- The power of the gear motor is N=415 watts;
- The rotation speed of the input shaft is n1=450 rpm;
- Gear ratio U=20;
- The output shaft rotation speed is n2=22 rpm;
- Rated torque on the output shaft M=175 Nm;
- The mass of the gear motor is m = 5.6 kg;
- Shelf width 152 mm;
- The height of the gearbox is 80 mm.
Weight: 6 kg. Rated torque: 175 Hm. Gear ratio number: 22
